Dan is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with over a decade of recruitment experience, including seven years spent living and recruiting in Australia across both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, Dan has built a strong track record of delivering tailored talent solutions, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and advising senior stakeholders on strategic workforce planning.

As part of the In-House team at JMC Legal Recruitment, Dan partners with organisations to onboard key General Counsel, Heads of Legal, and Legal Counsel talent. He brings a consultative, sector-informed approach to placing legal professionals across fast-evolving and highly regulated markets, including social housing, medtech, and local government.

Outside of the office, Dan spends his free time keeping up with his energetic young dog, tackling 3D printing projects with his equally energetic young son, and following the football.
