Freya is a legal recruiter based in the West Midlands with over three years’ experience supporting both clients and candidates to achieve their goals.

She works with a wide range of firms, from small boutique practices through to Legal 100 firms, recruiting across all levels from newly qualified solicitors (NQ) to senior appointments. What she enjoys most about her role is building strong, lasting relationships. She takes the time to understand the ambitions of candidates and the needs of clients, finding real satisfaction in bringing the two together to create long-term success.

Away from recruitment, she plays semi-professional football and enjoys spending time in the gym. Sport has instilled in her discipline, resilience, and teamwork; values she brings into her professional life every day.
