Jasmine is an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant who manages our South West & Wales division here at JMC Legal. She has a First-Class Law Degree from Swansea University and worked in the legal sector as a paralegal before moving into professional recruitment. Originally from Cornwall and now a Bristol resident, she has an intrinsic understanding of the legal landscape and talent pool across the South West. 

Bristol is now widely recognised as the UK’s largest legal hub outside of London and is home to an impressive roster of national and international law firms which is where Jasmine’s key focus lies. She has had great success in facilitating career moves for the brightest talent at the premium end of the Bristol legal market and has also got a strong record in assisting London lawyers who want to relocate to the South West. 

In addition to this, she provides valuable support for regional firms and boutique practices located along the M4/A30 corridor and those that are located in more rural areas. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their own distinct cultures so that she can find the right fit when it comes to hiring. She has experience across the full complement of practice areas including Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Private Wealth, Agriculture, Construction, Property, Family and more. 

Outside of work, you will find Jasmine eating her way around Bristol as a devoted foodie or travelling down to Cornwall to see friends and family – especially when the sun is shining!
