Tom is a Senior Recruiter with over 8 years of experience in recruitment, spanning various technical sectors across the UK and internationally. He joined JMC Legal in May 2025 and now leads legal recruitment in Hampshire, Surrey, and Dorset.
Tom partners with a wide range of law firms, including Top 100, Legal 500, and leading regional firms. He is known for his consultative and professional approach, fostering open and honest conversations that deliver real value to both candidates and clients, helping to build long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
He supports qualified fee earners at all levels, from Newly Qualified Solicitors to Partner level professionals, across diverse practice areas in both individual and business services.
