Tom Amer is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at JMC Legal Recruitment, bringing over three years of experience in legal recruitment across the South West and Thames Valley. Tom started his journey at JMC as a head hunter, where he underwent extensive training, building a solid foundation in the recruitment industry.

After mastering the headhunting process, Tom moved on to manage the Thames Valley desk, where he successfully placed solicitors at all levels, from NQ to Partner, working with firms of varying sizes. His ability to understand client needs and guide candidates through the recruitment process has earned him a strong reputation in the legal sector.

In December 2024, Tom transitioned to managing the Bristol South West desk. A Bristol local, with the exception of three years at the University of Liverpool, Tom is deeply committed to enhancing the legal labour market in Bristol and the surrounding areas. He’s excited to use his expertise and local knowledge to connect top legal talent with firms in the region.

Outside of work, Tom is an avid cricket player, participating in the local Bristol league. He enjoys reading thrillers and socialising with friends at the pub, embracing all that Bristol’s vibrant community has to offer.
