This high-performing and friendly Banking & Finance team are seeking a talented solicitor to join their Tier 1 Asset Based Lending (ABL) team in Manchester.

The Role

Ranked as the gold standard by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will work as part of this renowned and quickly growing ABL team with colleagues from across the UK.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to all types of receivables financing and asset-based lending transactions working in the UK and Internationally. Clients include some of the most highly regarded FTSE 100 clients in the market.

The successful candidate will be in an enviable position, working in one of Europe's central financial hubs, and developing market-leading expertise in Asset Based Lending & Financial law. A true career progression launch-pad opportunity.

You will be given exposure from the outset with ample opportunity to undertake secondments with these high-profile clients allowing you to broaden your expertise further.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has up to NQ-4 years PQE with a general background in Banking Finance.
• Experience in any Receivables or Structured Finance, General Banking and Finance and/or Restructuring is advantageous.
• Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients, and has the ambition and communication skills to further develop client relations
• Is commercially aware and the ability to support complex transactions
