The Role:

Within this role you will;

• Demonstrate proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various real estate documents, including leases, sale and purchase agreements and certificates of title taking account of the client's objectives.
• Conduct due diligence, analyse legal risk and regulatory requirements to protect client interests.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated legal services covering all aspects of real estate law, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE.
