Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on construction and engineering disputes across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, commercial developments, and residential projects.
• Drafting correspondence, advice notes, pleadings, and submissions in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings.
• Working closely with clients' technical and commercial teams to develop case strategies.
