The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate (3-5 years PQE) to join a leading international law firm in London. This role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and the chance to work with an impressive roster of clients across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in M&A (public or private) and general corporate governance advisory work.

Additional experience in equity capital markets or private equity deals would be advantageous.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the Corporate team, with responsibilities including:

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and governance matters.
• Managing and executing complex M&A and corporate finance deals.

• Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for a high-calibre lawyer who meets the following criteria:

• 3-5 years PQE, ideally gained at a City or leading regional firm.
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate governance; additional experience in private equity or equity capital markets is a plus.
• Excellent technical and commercial judgement, with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric approach.
