The Role:

Within this role you will principally work directly with a new partner on the most innovative financing transactions acting for market leading clients investing in the most exciting cutting edge high growth companies. To the extent a distressed position arises, you will also assist in advising on restructuring and working-out such financings.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE.
