The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate 2-4 PQE to join this Top 120 Law Firm in London.

The team is band-1 ranked in leading legal directories for personal insolvency.

You will be joining a highly experienced team and a consultant who is dual qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner.

The team works with individuals facing personal insolvency, companies requiring advice on corporate restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners.

They also regularly undertake licensing and disciplinary work for Insolvency Practitioners, ranging from individual practitioners to firms of accountants of all sizes.

There is a clear progression route in this team, and the people in the team already are an absolute pleasure to work with. You'll be mentored and supported to become the best R&I lawyer you can be!

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 2-4 years PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
