Due to growth, a new vacancy has arisen for a Private Wealth Disputes Associate (1+ PQE) to join the London office of this Legal 500 firm.

The Role

This Legal 500 firm is looking for a Private Wealth Disputes Associate (1+ PQE) to join their professional and friendly team at their London office.

The Private Wealth Disputes team are noted experts in a full range of contentious private client matters, including:

• Will disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Onshore and offshore trust disputes
• Equitable claims
• Court of Protection disputes

The successful candidate will be exposed to the full range of contested wills, trusts, and estate work while also assisting in the supervision of junior lawyers.

You will play a key role in driving the team's growth strategy alongside the head of department and will be encouraged to develop their own client relationships and business development initiatives.

The team is highly supportive and collaborative, with strong business generators leading the way. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to gain hands-on experience working with some of the most recognised practitioners in the field.

Requirements:

• You will be a Private Wealth Disputes Associate with 1+ years PQE.
• You will have experience handling a range of contentious private client matters.
• You will have strong business development and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while managing junior lawyers is essential.
• ACTAPS and STEP qualifications are highly desirable.
