The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate with 4-8 years of PQE to join this Top 20 City of London firm.

You will be working under the global head of international capital markets (who is based in London and recognised as a leading lawyer by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and by Spear's). This makes it a great role and an opportunity to be a key figure in the team.

The practice has particular experience in advising on dual listings between London and the Toronto and Australian Stock Exchanges.

The ECM team benefits from the reach of the wider international corporate group, advising on a wide array of cross-jurisdictional capital markets transactions, including listings on both AIM and the Main Market of the LSE. IPOs, secondary fundraisings, public and private takeovers, and restructurings are key specialisations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 4-8 years of PQE.
  • UK experience is a must, but candidates can be foreign-qualified.
• A strong focus on equity capital markets (while some M&A knowledge would be useful on top if you have it, but this is not a pre-requisite).
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
