Role
This firm is seeking a talented and driven Banking & Finance Partner to join a prestigious UK-wide law firm at a pivotal time in their strategic expansion.

Based in their dynamic Edinburgh office, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Banking & Finance offering in Scotland while also contributing to the firm's wider national success.

Working alongside a highly regarded team ranked Tier 1 in the L500, you'll advise a diverse client base including institutional lenders, alternative finance providers, borrowers, sponsors and corporates.

You'll lead on high-value secured lending matters across real estate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance and general corporate lending.

This role will allow you to take ownership of key relationships, lead significant mandates and collaborate with Partners across the firm to further build out the Scottish Banking and Finance practice.

You'll be warmly supported in bringing your clients into a firm that truly values collaboration and is known for delivering outstanding legal advice.

Your Experience

• A Banking and Finance Partner with a strong network and background
• A strong track record advising on complex transactions involving a broad mix of real estate finance, leveraged finance, corporate lending and/or structured finance
• Existing client relationships and a commercial mindset, with the desire to grow and shape a practice
• Proven experience in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development strategy
• A collaborative approach and desire to join a high-performing, supportive team
