The Role
We are seeking a Banking Solicitor to join a well-established national law firm, working as part of a highly regarded Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to gain exposure to a wide variety of high-quality transactions and work with an impressive client base across the UK.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a full spectrum of banking and finance matters. The work will include:

• General banking transactions

• Acquisition finance

• Real estate finance

• Project finance

• Asset-based lending

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE ideally, though all levels considered)

• Experience in banking and finance law, gained at a reputable firm

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Excellent communication and client management abilities

• A proactive, commercially minded approach
