The Role

This leading Clinical Negligence team is seeking to recruit an Associate with 2+ PQE to join them in Manchester.
The team works with an impressive range of clients, such as public and private healthcare providers, medical defence organisations, insurers, care homes, clinics, and individual practitioners.

You will work alongside a renowned Partner who is known for their expertise in handling all manner of high-value and complex medical negligence claims against a wide variety of clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters, including complex and high-value cases across multiple medical disciplines

About You

• You will have 2+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated matters
