Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor | West Sussex

Are you a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking a role where you can step in and hit the ground running? Or perhaps you have strong experience in both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence and are ready to take the next step in your career? This is your opportunity to join a highly respected South East law firm known for its commitment to professional excellence and exceptional client service.

The Firm

This multi-award-winning, forward-thinking firm is recognised for setting industry standards and delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base that includes cutting-edge tech SMEs, household names, and FTSE 250 companies. The firm fosters a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture where Partners are accessible, and mentorship is prioritised to ensure you receive the support and guidance needed to elevate your career.

The Role

This leading regional firm is seeking a driven Solicitor/Associate to join its Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team in Gatwick, West Sussex. While exposure to both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence is advantageous, Clinical Negligence experience is essential, as the firm requires someone who can confidently manage a caseload without extensive training.

You will handle a broad range of cases, including Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs), Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers' Liability, and complex Clinical Negligence matters such as misdiagnosis and failure to treat. You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on high-value, complex claims.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence (experience in Personal Injury is beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, protocols, and case law
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • A proactive attitude towards business development

On Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £60,000
  • Career Growth: Access to ongoing training and opportunities to work alongside leading professionals
  • Flexible Work Culture: Supportive and inclusive team environment
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package

If you're ready to bring your Clinical Negligence expertise to a dynamic, high-calibre firm, apply now for immediate consideration.
