The Role

As a key member of the team, you will gain exposure to the full range of matters including drafting, negotiating and advising on a vast array of commercial contracts, from SaaS, licensing and outsourcing agreements to managing transactions in intellectual property and data protection.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is an ambitious individual with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial contracts
• Ability to independently manage a complex and varied workload
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Clear commercial acumen
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
