The Role:

You will join this leading Commercial team as a Senior Associate (depending on experience) in the firm's Liverpool or Southport office.

You will act on a range of Commercial matters such as; Purchase & Distribution Agreements, T&C's, Franchise Agreements, Data Protection, IT & Technology and much more.

Requirements:

• They are open to Commercial Solicitors with 5+ years PQE
