The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to kickstart their career in one of the strongest litigation teams in Manchester within a Top 100 Law firm.

The Commercial Litigation department is extremely busy. They deal with an exceptional quality of work for a client base which includes, businesses of varying sizes, but many well-known names. The caseload will be broad and will include; Contract disputes, Shareholder disputes, Insolvency, Mediation, Professional indemnity, Fraud, Licensing disputes and franchise disputes.

This role will place you working alongside the senior fee earners and Partners. You will run a high quality, varied caseload of contentious matters making for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2+ years PQE
• This is a friendly team that has a lovely culture; you will work well within a team and have excellent client skills
• You will have an excellent eye for detail
