This senior position offers the opportunity to work on high-value, complex commercial disputes involving company, partnership, director and shareholder matters, as well as corporate transactions, commercial contract issues, and occasional insolvency work. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the direction of the team while supporting wider business development initiatives.
