The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and debt recovery.
• Act on matters often involving complex, high-value issues across a broad range of sectors.
• Take a leading role in client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers, contributing to the development of the team.
• Engage in business development, helping to grow the litigation practice further.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical ability across a broad range of disputes.
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
• Ambitious, pragmatic, and collaborative, with the confidence to take on senior responsibility.
