With over 30 specialist lawyers across the department, the team acts for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies, multinationals, and high-net-worth individuals.

The team is known for handling high-value disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and through arbitration and other ADR methods, often against leading London and international firms.

The Role

• 
  Running and managing your own files while assisting senior team members on larger disputes.
• 
  Advising on complex commercial disputes, restrictive covenants, and shareholder issues.
• 
  Building strong client relationships and contributing to long-standing client partnerships.
• 
  Supporting business development, whether through networking, writing articles, or other initiatives.
• 
  Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices, with the role primarily based in Ipswich

About You

• 
  Qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE.
• 
  Experience in commercial litigation with strong technical ability and attention to detail.
• 
  Commercially astute with a client-focused approach.
• 
  Strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• 
  Ambitious, with an interest in developing your profile and contributing to the team's growth.
