Commercial Litigation Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Exeter
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established regional firm with a strong presence across the South West, known for high-quality work, long-term client relationships and a genuinely supportive culture. You'll be part of a respected commercial litigation team handling varied and complex disputes for a loyal and growing business client base.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a diverse caseload:
Acting on commercial and corporate disputes including shareholder, partnership, and director matters, contract disputes, insolvency issues, and international arbitration.
- Delivering clear, pragmatic advice:
Helping clients assess risk, understand their options, and take decisive action to protect their business interests.
- Drafting and advocacy:
Preparing pleadings, witness statements, and submissions, and attending mediations, hearings, and other proceedings as required.
- Supporting business growth:
Working alongside senior lawyers on high-value matters while developing your own client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE
- Excellent technical and drafting skills with sound commercial judgment
- Confident communicator with strong client-handling ability
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to professional growth
- A genuine interest in commercial work and building long-term relationships
