Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and dynamic disputes team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, insolvency-related litigation, and general commercial claims.

• Advise and represent clients throughout the litigation process, from pre-action through to trial and enforcement.

• Undertake advocacy where appropriate.

• Work independently to manage your own caseload while collaborating closely with colleagues within the wider disputes team.

• Provide clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with solid post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.

• Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to run cases independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively and work to deadlines.

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.

• Strong advocacy skills are desirable.
