This leading South Coast law firm is looking for a Litigation & Recoveries Solicitor to join its growing Bournemouth team offering hands-on exposure to major national clients, complex disputes, and real responsibility from day one.

The Opportunity

This is a firm with momentum. Known for its approachable, down-to-earth culture and strong commercial reputation, it works with a wide range of clients including major banks, lenders, and motor finance companies.

You'll join a respected Litigation and Recoveries department handling a mix of debt recovery, commercial litigation, and enforcement work. Expect to manage a busy caseload as well as assist senior lawyers on high-value disputes, and gain advocacy experience across the small claims, fast-track, and multi-track.

The work is fast-paced and varied, one moment you'll be advising on risk and strategy, the next drafting pleadings or defending a motor finance claim. It's the ideal environment for a junior solicitor who thrives on challenge and growth.

About You

• NQ-2 years' PQE, with experience in litigation, debt recovery, or commercial disputes. Defendant experience is highly desirable
• Confident managing your own caseload under supervision
• Strong drafting, communication, and client care skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and keen to build lasting client relationships
