The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to kickstart their career in one of the strongest litigation teams in Manchester within a Top 100 Law firm.

This opportunity will be to join their specialist MRM (Media and Reputation Management team) regularly supporting the firm's corporate, High net worth or clients with a public profile.

The caseload will specialise in all aspects of reputation management such as:

• Crisis reputation management
• Urgent injunctive relief
• Defamation and falsehood claims
• Court restrictions and court proceedings
• Protecting IP rights, non-disclosure, misuse of confidential information, licensing agreements, harassment, cyber security and more.

You will be working directly with senior partners in the team who will provide you with your caseload with their supervision and support. This firm has a good track record of supervising and developing from within giving their junior lawyers a fantastic springboard for the future.
