The Role:

An opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to join the firm's Commercial Property team, working directly with a Partner. The role focuses primarily on residential property matters, with the opportunity to develop commercial property experience over time. Training will be provided where needed, but the successful candidate will be expected to contribute from an early stage.

The Candidate:

• You will have 12-18 months' experience as a property paralegal, with solid residential property experience and the ability to manage matters with confidence. You will be organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with a strong client-care mindset.
• Law degree with LPC completed or SQE 1 passed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Essential experience:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and refinancing
• Buy-to-let transactions (including company structures)
• Land Registry and Companies House registrations
• SDLT returns and reports on title
