The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner into their City office, close to Liverpool Street station, London.

• The firm has a very successful Commercial Property department of seven. They are known for dealing with an excellent quality of work, spanning a wide variety of clients and industry sectors. They act for SME, Property Investors, HNW individuals, Industrial, Retail, FMCG to name a few.
• There are two partners in the Real Estate department and due to work flow and well-planned growth, they are seeking to bring a new partner into the department. You will work with the other partners on strategy, business development and mentoring and developing the team.
• The team get on well and there is a nice culture, they are used to punching above their weight in terms of work quality.
• You will deal with a broad commercial property caseload which will include; landlord and tenant, sales and purchases of commercial premises, licenses to assign, investment and some development work.
• You should be an ambitious candidate that relishes in the challenge of building and developing a Real Estate department.
• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background
