The role

The firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Partner to join this L500 firms' office in Liverpool Street, London.

• You will join a department that has an excellent reputation for high quality commercial property work. This role is to replace a Partner who has decided to not return following maternity leave.
• You will work alongside the other Partners to drive the department. You will oversee the work of juniors and will play an active role in training, mentoring and career development.
• You will run a broad commercial property caseload, for companies that range across a number of different industry sectors. The scope and variety of work will make for an interesting caseload.
• The caseload will include but not be limited to; acquisitions and disposals, investment, property aspects of corporate commercial deals, landlord and tenant.
• The department receives a large proportion of their work from referrals which well demonstrates their commitment to delivering a great service.
• The team has a friendly, supportive and professional working environment.
• You should be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive and negotiable and depend on your background and level of experience, you will also receive a good benefits package.
• You should be someone who is confident to go out and develop new business relationships
