The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Partner who has developed a specialism in the Hotel, Retail or Leisure sectors.

The firm has a team with multi-disciplinary specialist knowledge and expertise, which enables them to provide a complete integrated leisure and hospitality legal service across the sector.

The firm's lawyers advise on everything from property acquisition to prime building conversions, from joint venture arrangements to hotel financing and leases, and from outsourcing, management, and operator contracts to franchise agreements.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Real Estate Partner in the Hotels, Retail or Leisure space with at least 8+ years' PQE.

• You will be good at building and maintaining client relationships.
• You will be commercially minded with a proven ability to deliver top-tier client service.
