The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner, this role could be based at either the West End or the City office.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial law firm as their first Commercial Property Partner, with the flexibility to be based at either their West End or City office.

While the firm is full-service - offering expertise across Corporate, Litigation, and other commercial areas. it currently does not have a dedicated Commercial Property department. That's where you come in.

As part of a Top 10 accountancy and professional services group, the firm has access to a substantial international client base with ongoing commercial property needs. Currently, this work is referred externally, but with the firm in growth mode, the time is right to bring this expertise in-house. With a strong pipeline already in place, there's huge potential to build a thriving department from day one.

You'll be the lead figure in launching and growing the Commercial Property practice, with full autonomy to shape its direction and strategy. At the same time, you'll benefit from the backing of a well-resourced partnership and an organisation actively investing in the next phase of its legal expansion.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit)
• You should have a strong billings track record
