The Role

Due to sustained growth, the firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Partner (8+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

You will join an award-winning Property team, handling a London-quality caseload from an impressive roster of clients including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, wealthy families, and business owners.
The work is diverse and high-calibre, including:

• Portfolio management
• Secured lending (acting for both banks and borrowers)
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Supporting corporate transactions (share and asset sales and purchases)

You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team that values professional excellence, autonomy, and shared success.

About You

• A minimum of 8 years PQE in commercial property law
• Experience gained at a respected regional, national, or City firm
• Demonstrable track record of strong billings and client relationship management
• Skilled in commercial landlord & tenant work, secured lending, and corporate support
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience
• Commercially minded with a natural flair for business development
• A following or strong connections in Kent would be a significant advantage
