The role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in the heart of the West End of London.

The department is currently very busy and they have an influx of new work. Real Estate is a core practice area for the firm and even the work that is done in the corporate commercial department does have a real estate flavour.

The firm is seeking a new senior lawyer that can come in to deal with a broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will also work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. You will have a good level of autonomy within the role.

The department deals with a broad range which includes; Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, commercial leases, licenses to assign, property development, portfolio management, and some construction matters.

This role could prove to be a good stepping stone for a Senior Associate looking for a route to partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience in business development is of advantage
• You should have first-class client and communication skills
• The firm is open-minded regarding the candidates background
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the candidates background
