The Role
As the Real Estate team continues to thrive, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Associate with 2+ years PQE to join our Reading office.   • 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property
  • Proven experience in purchase, sale, and development of commercial property
  • Solid background in investment, development work, and asset management
  • Expertise in complex landlord-tenant issues and secured lending/property finance
  • Experience in acquisitions and disposals, acting for high-profile banks and developers
  • Confident, personable demeanor with strong client and matter management skills
  • A track record of successful practice development

  • Qualified as a Commercial Property Associate in England & Wales
