The Role

As the Real Estate team continues to flourish, we are on the lookout for a talented Commercial Property Associate (2+ Years PQE) to join our Reading office. • 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property
• Proven experience in the purchase, sale, and development of commercial property
• Strong background in investment, development work, and asset management
• Expertise in complex landlord-tenant issues and secured lending/property finance
• Experience in acquisitions and disposals, acting for high-profile banks and developers
• Confident and personable, with strong client and matter management skills
• A proven track record in practice development
