The Role
As the Real Estate team continues to flourish, we are on the lookout for a talented Commercial Property Associate (2+ Years PQE) to join our Reading office. Skills and Experience Required:
- 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Proven experience in the purchase, sale, and development of commercial property
- Strong background in investment, development work, and asset management
- Expertise in complex landlord-tenant issues and secured lending/property finance
- Experience in acquisitions and disposals, acting for high-profile banks and developers
- Confident and personable, with strong client and matter management skills
- A proven track record in practice development
