The Role
You will join the busy commercial property team, advising on a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work, portfolio management, and secured lending. The work is both varied and rewarding, with opportunities to take ownership of your own files and build lasting client relationships.
You will also work alongside senior lawyers on more complex transactions, ensuring exposure to sophisticated matters and continuous learning. The team is growing, and this role comes with a clear opportunity to develop your profile and progress.
About You
Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property
Experience handling a range of real estate transactions
Strong technical and drafting skills
Commercial mindset and excellent client-handling abilities
Ambitious and collaborative, with the desire to grow with the team
