The role
You'll work on a wide-ranging caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• 
  Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• 
  Landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations and renewals
• 
  Property finance and investment transactions
• 
  Development projects and strategic land deals
• 
  Supporting corporate colleagues on property elements of business sales and purchases

You'll have the chance to build client relationships from day one, with access to a varied client base spanning investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and SMEs.

The ideal candidate

• 
  Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in commercial property
• 
  Confident managing your own matters, with support where needed
• 
  Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• 
  Keen to get involved in client development and contribute to the team's growth
