The Commercial Property team acts for developers, investors, lenders, and landlords/tenants on matters of real scale and complexity. As demand continues to grow, the team is expanding to ensure client service remains exceptional.

The Role:

This L500 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join this established and fast-growing team.

You'll manage a broad caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, while also supporting on select residential transactions. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, visibility with clients, and a clear route to progression.

Key areas of work include:

  • Refinancing transactions (acting for borrowers)
  • Lease work (landlord and tenant)
  • Site acquisitions, development finance, and sales
  • Bridging finance (advantageous but not essential)
