This firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 1-4 years PQE to join their flourishing Petersfield, Hampshire office.

The firm
The team finds that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up trust and mutual respect relationships.
You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local, regional and national clients. In this role you will be dealing with a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant work, development, real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals and much more.
You will be very well supported in building and establishing a caseload for the long term and this will come in the form of both administrative support, and financial backing.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor and you will have 1-4 years PQE
• You will be well versed over a broad array of commercial property matters
• You will be dynamic, keen to progress and be ambitious to build a personal brand
