The Role

You'll advise on:

• Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
• Development and regeneration projects
• Secured lending for national banks and financial institutions
• Acquisitions and disposals of investment property and development land
• Business development - networking with agents, builders, and investors

About You

You will be a confident, commercially-minded Solicitor who is eager to deepen their expertise and take their career to the next level.

Requirements:

• 1+ years' PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate
• Trained at a reputable firm, ideally Legal 500-ranked
• Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in development or secured lending
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and collaborative - enjoys working as part of a high-performing team
