The role
You'll manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work, while also supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex matters. From day one, you'll be trusted to work directly with clients, giving you plenty of exposure and the chance to grow lasting professional relationships.

You'll also have the opportunity to play a part in business development and local networking, contributing to the ongoing growth of the team while developing your own profile in the Exeter market.

The ideal candidate

• 
  Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial property
• 
  Experience managing a range of commercial property transactions
• 
  Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• 
  Strong client care and communication abilities
• 
  Commercially aware, proactive, and a team player
