The role
You'll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, gaining exposure to acquisitions and disposals, development projects, investment work, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate finance. From the outset, you'll be trusted to handle your own matters (with supervision where needed), while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
The team has a strong national client base, including developers, investors, institutions, landowners and occupiers, meaning your work will be varied and stimulating, with plenty of opportunity to develop specialisms as your career progresses.
The ideal candidate
Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with strong training or experience in commercial property
Excellent drafting, technical and communication skills
Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
A genuine interest in real estate law and client relationship-building
Team player with enthusiasm to grow within a collaborative environment
