This highly respected regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked real estate team in Canterbury. The role offers a mix of variety, complexity, and the opportunity to carve out a specialist focus in leasehold enfranchisement.

The role
You'll work closely with experienced enfranchisement practitioners and senior colleagues on:

• 
  Leasehold enfranchisement, including lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
• 
  Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• 
  Service and maintenance charge disputes
• 
  Broader commercial property transactions

As you develop, this role has a clear path to evolve into a dedicated enfranchisement specialist position within the team.

What we're looking for

• 
  Qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE
• 
  Strong technical knowledge of long leasehold matters, enfranchisement and lease extensions
• 
  Experience in related disputes and tribunal/court processes
• 
  Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise effectively
• 
  A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
