What you'll be doing

• Running your own caseload of commercial property transactions, leases, acquisitions, refinancing, and development work
• Building long-term relationships with local SME clients across Sussex and the South Coast
• Working closely with experienced partners on complex and high-value matters
• Developing your technical and commercial expertise in a stable, trusted environment

What we're looking for

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3 PQE)
• Ideally Sussex-based, with a genuine connection to the region
• Strong, steady career history
• A team player with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
