The Role:

You will join a leading Legal 500 Real Estate department as a Solicitor in the firm's Lancaster office.

You will undertake a broad caseload, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, refinances, option and promotion development agreements and other complex property transactions.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years' experience
• Able to handle your own caseload (you will have 1:1 support from an Assistant)
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and working at a high level
