The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property department in their brand new flagship office in Manchester.

The firm already has an established Commercial Property department with a presence across the North West, and an abundance of work. The team has an interesting client base of investors, lenders, property developers, and high-profile entrepreneurs.

You will handle a diverse caseload, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and residential and commercial development work. You will also work closely with the department's respected Partners on more complex matters, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure that will sharpen your technical ability.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will be comfortable handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters
• Ability to work closely alongside your colleagues, as well as independently
• Able to build strong relationships with clients
