• At this firm you will find yourself working alongside some of the most approachable and knowledgeable lawyers. They have an incredibly strong client-centric focus and many of their lawyers will even visit their client's sites in person so they can truly understand their needs
• The firm have a forward-thinking approach to flexible working and many of their lawyers work part-time / flexible hours
• Your role will be to handle a broad range of commercial property matters on behalf of a loyal and high quality client base of SME's up to large corporate companies
• This firm deal with a broad array of matters and this includes acquisitions & disposals, development work, real estate finance, landlord & tenant work and much more
• Whilst business development is encouraged, you will also find that there are very strong referral sources, predominately from word of mouth and reputation. This firm is well connected with local SME's, national companies. They specialise over a broad array of sectors including retail, charities and hospitality

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
• You will have proven experience in handling a range of commercial property / real estate matters
• Be ambitious, dynamic and have an eye for detail
