The Role
The firm are currently seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join their growing and well established Real Estate team in Guildford, Surrey. The Real Estate department is one of the most respected outside London and is highly ranked, with many lawyers individually recognised by both Chambers and The Legal 500.
The team handles a broad range of high-quality work, often punching above its weight and dealing with transactions typically handled by top city firms. As part of this supportive and innovative team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload, including the sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.

Requirements
