The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside a highly ranked Commercial Partner.

The Commercial department of this firm underpins the entire practice. Offering services ranging from drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts to handling Intellectual Property, Data Protection, GDPR and much more. The firm benefits heavily from their strong presence in the Corporate space creating healthy cross referral work internally.

Many of the team have worked for leading internationals / nationals and have made the move to deal with complex work, but avoid corporate red tape which is often found at the larger firms. This practice offer an entrepreneurial platform to develop and grow a practice.
